Many of our units are part of multi-unit properties — which means you may have neighbors above you, below you, or next door. We’ve put in the work to add thoughtful soundproofing throughout, but like any shared space, you might still hear some of the everyday sounds of fellow guests: footsteps, voices, or the occasional moment of extra energy.
To help ensure a peaceful stay for everyone, we kindly ask that all guests observe Quiet Hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. During these hours, we encourage you to keep things calm: lower music and TV volumes, speak softly, and avoid activities that could carry through walls or floors.
We provide complimentary earplugs in every unit, just in case you're a light sleeper — and we really appreciate your kindness and consideration in helping us create a calm, welcoming space for everyone.
Now, we totally understand that sometimes you want to let loose a bit — maybe stay up late, laugh louder, or turn up the volume on your favorite playlist. If that’s your vibe, we suggest booking the entire property or choosing one of our standalone full-building listings where you’ll have the space (and the freedom) to fully enjoy yourself, no noise worries required.
And one more thing: our spaces are located in vibrant areas of Pocatello — which means you may hear a bit of street life. This city has a pulse, and sometimes, that pulse beats well into the night. We think it adds to the charm, but we want you to be ready for it.
